Graphic Industries and National Mail It have announced a definitive merger agreement under which the companies will combine their complementary strengths. This provides the opportunity for both companies to broaden their product portfolio while expanding services.
“I couldn't be more excited about our new partnership with Graphic Industries,” Michael Riordan, president and CEO of National Mail It, said in a news release. “National Mail It has experienced 25 consecutive years of growth offering shared-mail marketing services, solo mailing and low cost high volume printing. This merger complements our existing business, Everything Marketing, which provides digital, mobile marketing, analytics and variable data digital printing.”
The combination of these two business leaders will also better meet the escalating challenges of a rapidly changing industry. By capitalizing on insights-driven innovation opportunities, Graphic Industries and National Mail It are poised to expand multichannel capabilities to compete more effectively, and more importantly, better serve the customer.
“My family and I are extremely pleased to have Mike Riordan and his company as a partner in Graphic Industries,” Byron May, president and CEO of Graphic Industries, said. “Bringing two established and dynamic companies together that have their own unique qualities in printing, mailing, data management and specialty products arenas will enable us to provide our customers with the very best and most competitively priced products. We are looking forward to working with Mike and his management team.”
